1. Descriptions:

The brazed aluminum honeycomb core is produced by roller-coating a special adhesive onto composite aluminum foil, cutting it into segments, and layering these segments to form a composite aluminum foil stack. After applying pressure and heating to cure the adhesive, the stack is cut and separated to shape the aluminum honeycomb core.
Then, place the aluminum honeycomb core into the brazing furnace, sequentially passing through the heating and drying section, heating and flux removal section, brazing welding section, protective cooling buffer section, and forced air cooling section to complete the brazing process, producing the brazed aluminum honeycomb core.

2. Specifications of brazed aluminum honeyomb core:

• Substrate type: The mainstream is aluminum alloy (such as 3003, 5052, 6061 series, commonly used in aviation grade 5A06, 2A12)
• Core aluminum foil thickness: usually 0.03-0.2mm (thinner for aviation grade, thicker for construction/transportation grade)
• Solder type: mostly aluminum based solder (such as Al Si system, melting point 577-615 ℃), which needs to be matched with the substrate to ensure metallurgical bonding.

• Thickess: 5-10mm, 10-30mm for high-speed rail carriages and 20-50mm for aviation structures
